How a custom order works
- Share the requirement. Send the product type, dimensions, quantity, preferred material, finish, destination country and target date.
- Confirm feasibility. We review the specification and clarify details that affect production, consistency and packaging.
- Agree the quotation. The quotation confirms the product specification, applicable minimum order, production timing and commercial terms for that order.
- Approve the reference. Where a sample or prototype is appropriate, its availability, cost and approval method are confirmed before production.
- Production and inspection. Products are checked against the agreed dimensions, finish and visible quality requirements.
- Protective packing and dispatch. Packaging and shipment details are matched to the product and destination agreed in the quotation.
